BAFA has a pool of talented artists that come with their own expertise and style in portrait making. We offer 25 different styles of portraits in various sizes to suit your needs. A portrait speaks of the innocence and aesthetic features of the person. This impressive style of painting requires precision of the texture, choice of colour and a raw emotion carefully sketched on the canvas to make it look real. We have a variety of artwork for you to choose from pertaining to your décor needs. We also make custom portraits on requests and you can have one for yourself from anywhere in the world. Return & Refund Policy
BAFA does not entertain any exchange or return requests from the users considering the products we trade and sell are unique and customized as per your needs. For art pieces created on special requests, we will not be able to arrange for a return or refund as the artists have put in their best effort and time to make the painting for you. Once the order is placed, BAFA will not be able to change the order details in terms of color /size/art type. We ensure the art work is well packaged and thus the product is faultless when delivered.
Shipping Info
For delivery within India, BAFA will require 15 working days to deliver the product from the date of order. For delivery outside India, BAFA will require 30 working days. For custom made products to meet your requirements, we require a stipulated time of 15-20 working days to create the artwork along with the additional time of shipping the product as mentioned above depending on the destination of the delivery.

Once we receive a confirmation of the payment from you, BAFA will share a link which will enable you to trace the progress of your order.

If you are looking for a personalised portrait done from the multiple portrait art styles created by BAFA, help us with the picture that you would like to have the portrait for once you have placed an order with us. Do let us know what sizes will you require so we can accordingly guide our artists to work on creating your portrait. It can be an individual picture, a group picture or an animal picture and we will be to help you further on the basis of your request.
Custom Size
We have multiple size options listed for the painting on sale. For custom size requirements of the painting you are looking to buy, we have a section of ‘Add a note’ on the checkout page where you can mention the size you would require. If the prices differ as per your size requirements, BAFA will contact you with the updated price before processing the order.
Privacy
We ensure the confidentiality of our customers and refrain from using any of their pictures or artwork portraits created by BAFA without their permission on our website or social media accounts.
Framing
The paintings that you order from BAFA will not be framed by BAFA at the time of delivery. As we are an organisation shipping all across India and outside India, we deliver your ordered painting / portrait canvas in a rolled-up format which is carefully packaged to ensure it is not damaged during the process of delivery. We do not provide frames with the paintings you choose to buy from BAFA. We understand you may require different size, color and texture options of the frame to suit your décor needs and thus we request you to get it framed locally as per your preferences. We are an organisation connecting local artists with the world through our platform, thus we do not take any requests for framing the painting you buy from us at the time of delivery.
